How does tocancel detect my subscriptions?
You connect your bank accounts (read-only, via a certified aggregator) or import a statement. tocancel identifies recurring payments and recognizes over 100,000 services.
How much does tocancel cost?
48 trial hours at RM 4.19 to test all features, then RM 228.34 per month without commitment. You cancel whenever you want from your account.
Does tocancel really send registered letters?
Yes. We write your letter according to the T&Cs of the service to be canceled and send it by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt via La Poste. The AR is kept in your personal space.
What happens if a service continues to charge me after termination?
The postal acknowledgment of receipt constitutes legal proof. We help you contest the direct debit with your bank (chargeback procedure) with the file already created.
Are my banking details safe?
tocancel never stores your banking details. The connection is made via an ACPR (Banque de France) approved aggregator in read-only mode. You can revoke access at any time.
Can I cancel without going through the service application?
Yes. This is the whole point of tocancel: we generate a legally valid registered letter, which bypasses the deliberately complex “cancellation” processes of certain publishers.
Which countries are covered?
tocancel starts in France (fr-fr). Other European countries are coming soon.
Can I recover a subscription after cancellation?
Yes, through tocancel or directly on the service website. No penalties or waiting periods at tocancel.
