Cloud Storage

Cloud storage subscriptions quietly chip away at your budget month after month. Between Google One, Dropbox and other providers, you may be paying for space you barely use. When the value fades, leaving should be simple. Tocancel makes it effortless by preparing and posting your cancellation letter for you, so you can end the service from home without the paperwork hassle.

Is it still worth it?

Fees keep rising

Many providers regularly adjust their pricing. What seemed like a fair deal at sign-up can quickly become an expensive habit. When your renewal date approaches, check the latest charges. If the cost no longer matches the storage you actually need, cancelling is a smart financial move.

You are paying for unused features

Your original choice may have suited you months ago, but your needs evolve. Perhaps you picked Google One for basic backup, but now you rarely touch the advanced tools. Holding onto a plan with features you never open is wasted money. Audit your usage and cut what does not work for you.

Better alternatives have arrived

The cloud storage market moves fast. A competitor may now offer superior value, stronger security or features that fit your workflow more closely. Whether it is Dropbox, OneDrive or another name, inertia is not a good reason to keep paying. Switching to a better fit makes practical and financial sense.

The rights that protect you

In Singapore, the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) gives you clear legal backing. This law supports your right to cancel services that do not meet reasonable expectations, dispute unfair charges and request refunds where justified. Knowing these rights puts you in a stronger position when you contact your provider or need documentation to back up your cancellation request.

How Tocancel helps

Tocancel handles cancellations for over 80 cloud storage services, including names like Evernote, GoPro and Heroku. Instead of hunting for contact details or drafting a letter yourself, you simply tell us what you need. We compose a formal, compliant cancellation letter, print it, stamp it and post it registered or standard, all without you leaving your desk. You receive a clear record of what was sent and when, giving you proof if any dispute arises later. Cancelling your cloud storage subscription no longer needs to be a chore.
